Refund & Returns Policy

 

1.1 Who we are

Gemmed Ltd, trading as Glutagem, ("Glutagem", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England & Wales under number 14489668, with its registered office at 22b High Street, Petersfield, GU32 3JL. We act as the data controller for the personal information collected via this website (the "Site"), which is hosted on the Shopify platform.


1.2 Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel an online purchase for any reason.


1.3 Eligibility for returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

Health & personal‑care products that have been opened, pierced or whose hygiene seal is broken are exempt unless faulty.

1.4 Disputes & Effectiveness Disclaimer

By purchasing from Glutagem (under Gemmed Ltd, trading as Gemmed Wellness), you agree to our terms and conditions regarding product use, shipping, and refund eligibility.

We reserve the right to challenge or dispute any claims or chargebacks that do not align with the policies and agreements outlined at the point of purchase.

Please note: We cannot accept disputes or refund requests based on the perceived effectiveness of the supplement, as results may vary significantly from person to person. Outcomes depend on many individual factors such as:

  • Baseline skin condition
  • Melanin levels or skin tone
  • Lifestyle factors (diet, sleep, stress, sun exposure)
  • Consistency of use
  • Underlying health conditions

These are personal variables that are beyond our control or knowledge at the time of sale.

Our formulations are made in line with UK and EU regulations using high-quality, research-backed ingredients — but as with all supplements, individual results are not guaranteed.

1.5 Return shipping

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong product.

Use a tracked service and keep proof of posting.


1.6 Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back. 

Refunds will not be made on unreturned goods.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.


1.7 Faulty or mis‑described goods

You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us within 30 days for a full refund or within 6 months for repair/replacement.


1.8 Exchanges & gifts

We currently do not offer exchanges. Gift refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.


1.8 Governing law

England & Wales law applies; courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
