Shipping Policy
1.1 Who we are
Gemmed Ltd, trading as Glutagem, ("Glutagem", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England & Wales under number 14489668, with its registered office at 22b High Street, Petersfield, GU32 3JL. We act as the data controller for the personal information collected via this website (the "Site"), which is hosted on the Shopify platform.
1.2 Processing times
Orders placed before 13:00hrs (UK time), Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day.
Any orders placed after 13:00hrs on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a public holiday.
During sales events or peak periods, please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch due to higher order volumes.

1.4 Tracking
A tracking link will be e‑mailed once your order ships.
1.5 Delivery Delays
While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times provided are estimates only. Once your parcel is in transit with Royal Mail, any delays due to weekends, UK public holidays, seasonal demand (e.g. Christmas), strikes, or Royal Mail internal issues are unfortunately beyond our control.
Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
Gemmed Ltd (trading as Glutagem) is not liable for delays caused by the courier once your order has been handed over for shipping. We kindly ask for your patience in the event of unforeseen courier disruptions.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery timeframe plus a reasonable buffer (e.g. 7–10 working days UK, or 14–20 working days international), please contact us at support@glutagem.com so we can assist.
1.6 Customs, duties & taxes (non‑UK)
International customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes. We cannot mark orders as gifts.
1.7 Lost or damaged parcels
Report non‑delivery within 14 days of dispatch. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging.
1.8 Governing law
England & Wales law applies; courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
