Terms of Service (Terms & Conditions of Sale, Website Use, Cookies)

1.1 Who we are

Gemmed Ltd, trading as Glutagem, ("Glutagem", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England & Wales under number 14489668, with its registered office at 22b High Street, Petersfield, GU32 3JL.

1.2 Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the legal agreement between you (the "Customer", "you", "your") and Glutagem regarding your use of the Site and any purchase of products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

You agree that any information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.

1.4 Ordering & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we will confirm acceptance by e‑mail when the goods are dispatched.

All orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error).

1.5 Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are added at checkout.

Payment is taken securely via Shopify Payments and supported providers. We do not store full card details.

If we discover a pricing error after accepting your order, we will contact you and offer the option to reconfirm or cancel.

1.6 Delivery & Risk

Delivery terms are as set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment in full is received.

1.7 Subscription or Recurring Orders

By selecting a subscription, you authorise recurring charges at the frequency displayed.

You can modify or cancel a subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us, subject to a cut‑off 48 hours before renewal.

1.8 Product Information & Health Disclaimer

Our products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The information on this Site is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult your GP before starting any supplement, especially if pregnant, nursing, on medication, or under medical supervision.

1.9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, product images, videos) is owned by or licensed to Glutagem and protected by UK and international IP laws.

You may view, download and print pages for personal use only. Commercial exploitation without permission is prohibited.

1.10 User‑Generated Content (Reviews, Comments)

By posting content you grant Glutagem a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display such content.

You must not post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third‑party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

1.11 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

To violate any international, national or local regulations or laws.

To infringe upon our IP rights or the rights of others.

To upload malicious code or interfere with the security of the Site or Shopify platform.

We use cookies for:

Essential: site functionality (cart, login).

Analytics: performance insights (Google Analytics, Shopify analytics).

Advertising: personalised ads (Meta Pixel, Google Ads).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot by law be limited.

Subject to the above, Glutagem will not be liable for: loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

1.15 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glutagem, its directors, employees and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third‑party rights.

Links on the Site may lead to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such sites and linking does not imply endorsement.

1.17 Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page and will apply from the date of posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.20 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
